This promotion is organised and administered by Nemo Office Club Ltd, as part of the Keep It Local campaign.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. 
• Employees of Nemo Office Club Ltd, Keep It Local participating members, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. 
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

3. How to Enter

• Visit the Keep It Local – Spin & Win page and complete the entry form with your name and email address. 
• After submitting your details, you will have the opportunity to spin the wheel to see if you have won an instant prize. 
• Each completed entry will also be automatically entered into the main prize draw as stated on the competition page. 
• Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses may be disqualified. 

4. Competition Period

• The promotion runs from 1st November 2025 to 31st December 2026. 
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. 

5. Prizes

• Instant prizes: A selection of smaller prizes are available to be won instantly via the spin mechanism. 
• Main prize: One winner will receive a main prize updated every 4-6 weeks. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 
• Nemo Office Club reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Instant prizes are awarded automatically by the digital spin wheel. 
• The main prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. 
• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. 
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that their first name and town may be used for publicity purposes (e.g. announcing winners online or in local promotions) unless they request otherwise. 

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the Keep It Local Privacy Policy. 
• Participants may choose to opt in to receive further communications from Keep It Local or local participating members. 
• Data will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes. 

9. General

• Nemo Office Club reserves the right to cancel, amend or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues outside its control. 
• The promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding. 
• Entry into the promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
• This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
